This is a replacement blade set for the Wild Edge 14-gauge, 5-amp variable-speed swivel head electric metal shear.
The metal alloy consists of several metallic elements, including C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, W, V, Co, and Al, blended together in specific proportions. This blend results in a longer lifespan, sharper edges, and greater hardness than that of regular 45# steel
To meet the demands of cutting at a higher level, and to prevent the blades from becoming brittle and breaking easily, we have conducted numerous experiments to ensure that the hardness of each blade falls within a range of 57.5-60
The set includes one center blade, as well as left and right blades, two bushings, and three head bolts
