• BENCH-TOP SMOKE REMOVER: The Extract-All is a bench-top smoke remover. A versatile fume extraction system is the Bench-Top Fume Extractor. The source capture arm of this two-stage filtration system directly absorbs airborne pollutants at the source and filters them out before clean air is delivered into the space. This workplace air purifier offers superior working conditions and increased output at lower energy and housekeeping costs.
• SOURCE CAPTURE ARMS: The filter on our bench-top dust-remover functions as an extension and is supplied with two sets of mounting brackets that make it simple to mount it to a table or bench-top. Two 3" diameter, self-supporting, articulating extractor arms are also included with the device. Heavy-duty, chemical, abrasion, and heat resistant polypropylene is used to make the arms. The ends can be flared up to 4 1/2" or as tiny as 2" in diameter, and the arms can extend up to 53".
• DUAL STAGE FILTRATION: Our UL and CE approved fume and smoke extractor features dual-stage filtration technology, which comprises a polyester pre filter that removes large particles and MERV 14 Cartridge filter media that meets a 97% removal efficiency level. It successfully filters out 0.3 micron-sized pollutants, such as lingering industrial dust, smoke, pet dander, pollen, mold spores, etc.
• FOR LABS & WORKSHOPS: For constant airflow, the extractor arms' special design eliminates internal supports and articulated bends. Compared to internally supported arms, CFM can rise by up to 50%. Each table-top dust collector is made to handle a variety of airborne contaminants from applications such as soldering, lab gases, dust, solvent cleaning, and more. The device is transportable, making it possible to clean even hard-to-reach areas.
• HIGH PERFORMANCE: Our workstation dust & fume remover has an average 3800 FPM velocity with one extractor arm in use, 2250 FPM Extractor Arm velocity with two arms powered from a 350-Watt direct-drive motor. The blower motor has more than 100,000 hours of run-time. It's designed with a heavy-duty caster base so you can easily move it around, powder coated 14 gauge steel that offers durability while looking pristine and sleek.
