AlTiN COATING: Solid carbide material with AlTiN coating can be used for dry or semi-dry cutting operations. The coated CNC cutting tools can increase machining efficiency, improve machining accuracy, extend tool life and reduce machining costs. AlTiN coating has a higher hardness than TiAlN coating and is a good coating choice for high speed machining.
APPLICATION: The end mill set mainly used on milling machines and CNC machines for machining 3D surface (curved surface), as well as for machining small recessed areas and semi-circular grooves. Our carbide end mills are apply to wood, titanium, aluminum, MDF, cast iron, carbon steels, alloy steels, hardened steels, nonferrous material, etc.
