SPECIFICATION: 1/16" diameter, 1/4" flute length, 1/8" shank diameter, 1-1/2" overall length. Each milling cutter packed in a solid plastic tube individually.
AlTiN COATING: Solid carbide material with AlTiN coating can be used for dry or semi-dry cutting operations. The coated CNC router bits can increase machining efficiency, improve machining accuracy, extend tool life and reduce machining costs. AlTiN coating has a higher hardness than TiAlN coating and is a good coating choice for high speed machining.
APPLICATION: Our carbide end mills are apply to wood, titanium, aluminum, MDF, cast iron, carbon steels, alloy steels, hardened steels, nonferrous material, etc.
ROBUST CONSTRUCTION: Precision ground from solid carbide rods and 4-flute square nose end mill cut consistently and accurately with a smooth kerf.
